How to switch off, relax and unwind before bed

This video is one of the Rise & Shine, 7-Day evening practices that follows from the morning guided practise. On its own it is a powerful meditative process which will help you relax quickly, improve your sleep and set you up in a positive way for tomorrow.

You simply need to sit comfortably, pop headphones on if you have some and get a notepad and pen.
